The start of a new academic year is filled with anticipation. There is often the excitement for all things back to school: perhaps new supplies, maybe a new shirt or new shoes, possibly a new haircut, often new teachers, and certainly new classes. We, like our educational partners and the students coming to greet them, have been counting down to this week all summer.


New School Year, New Look

It is time to begin the soft launch of the updated software! WeCollab returns this school year with a clean, clear, streamlined look!


We are pleased to have been able to re-conceive the software based on the feedback of our users so that as we move from conversation to action with Collaborative Response, WeCollab can empower classrooms, schools, and systems to provide the very best response for each and every child.

WeCollab is a comprehensive digital system designed to support classrooms, schools and systems, ensuring coordinated responses for the needs of students and maximizing team planning efforts.

WeCollab is aligned with the foundational principles of Collaborative Response.

WeCollab ensures every student has a comprehensive profile, every teacher has actions and supports for students at their fingertips and every leader has a tool to coordinate the supports needed to actualize success for all.


Migration Progress

We welcome everyone back to their classrooms, schools, and systems. We look forward to reconnecting with our current partners and expanding our network at we establish new relationships.


We continue to migrate our current users into the updated version of WeCollab.

Manual Rollover Process

Are you a school that needs to update its staff and student rosters manually? Here is an overview of steps for consideration. Annual Roster Rollover Please note that this information is only for those schools who DO NOT synchronize WeCollab with their Student Information System. Roster updates take place automatically within 24 hours of changes in the Student Information System when synchronized with WeCollab.   Update Staff Rosters To access the staff roster information, click the Add/Edit button on the Landing Page. (If you do not have this button, you do not have the appropriate permissions to engage in the annual roster rollover). Verify the Current School Administrator Every school in WeCollab must have a current School Administrator determined that cannot be changed or deleted by any other users with Admin permissions.
