Your Class at a Glance

It is that time of year where we start to consider creating class lists.  Are you wanting to know how students may influence one another? Might you wish to group together some students who have similar needs? WeCollab has a report that may help to gather important information about students to inform such conversations.


School Reports

Please visit the User Support Site and search "Generate Reports" for details on how use this feature.


Student Profile Textboxes

We often speak about the Student Profile Textbox area of the Student Profile as an important area if you have five minutes to get to know a student.  This area is intended to be a collection of pertinent details about a student.


Multiple Students' Profile Textboxes

The School Report entitled "Multiple Student Profile Overview" generates a list of students and the selected Student Profile Textboxes. Please note that a maximum of six textboxes may be selected for the PDF report. 




This report provides an overview of your class at a glance so that you can quickly and easily compare the appropriate details about students to inform grouping and support decision making regarding supports.

Your Class at a Glance

The Multiple Student Profile Overview report is also a fantastic way to get to know a class that may be new to you, so keep it mind to review your class at a glance once the lists for the new school year are made.

Manual Rollover Process

Are you a school that needs to update its staff and student rosters manually? Here is an overview of steps for consideration. Annual Roster Rollover Please note that this information is only for those schools who DO NOT synchronize WeCollab with their Student Information System. Roster updates take place automatically within 24 hours of changes in the Student Information System when synchronized with WeCollab.   Update Staff Rosters To access the staff roster information, click the Add/Edit button on the Landing Page. (If you do not have this button, you do not have the appropriate permissions to engage in the annual roster rollover). Verify the Current School Administrator Every school in WeCollab must have a current School Administrator determined that cannot be changed or deleted by any other users with Admin permissions.
