Managing Email Summaries

Are you looking to enhance communication regarding meetings and the actions determined within those meetings? Would you like a system that would automatically remind you and your colleagues via email about commitments made to support students and each other?

WeCollab has been designed to include gentle email reminders as part of its operation.


Email Summary Settings

Please visit the User Support Site and search "Customize Settings" for details on how use this feature. For more about subscribing to students, search "Manage Student Subscription".


Email Summaries

WeCollab features email summaries as part of its way to enhance communication. Email summaries include overdue actions, upcoming actions, scheduled team meetings, and student subscription information.

Email summaries can be selected for daily or weekly (on Fridays), delivered at 3:00 PM.

Additionally, you can select the number of days prior to the due date for an action that you have committed to taking, and the system will send an additional email notification to help keep you on track.


Transparency in Communication

WeCollab strives to ensure that users are kept in the loop and are aware of what they need to do in a timely fashion. Email summaries sent automatically by the system are intended to empower users as they manage their time and complete their actions.

Manual Rollover Process

Are you a school that needs to update its staff and student rosters manually? Here is an overview of steps for consideration. Annual Roster Rollover Please note that this information is only for those schools who DO NOT synchronize WeCollab with their Student Information System. Roster updates take place automatically within 24 hours of changes in the Student Information System when synchronized with WeCollab.   Update Staff Rosters To access the staff roster information, click the Add/Edit button on the Landing Page. (If you do not have this button, you do not have the appropriate permissions to engage in the annual roster rollover). Verify the Current School Administrator Every school in WeCollab must have a current School Administrator determined that cannot be changed or deleted by any other users with Admin permissions.
