Building Up School Profiles

Are you looking to enhance understanding of the schools in your district amongst your division staff? Do you have files that might serve a purpose in knowing the context of schools if they were made available to your division staff?

Much like the Student Profile, WeCollab also has the capacity to store resources in the School Profile.

Please visit the User Support Site and search "View/Edit School Profile" for details on how use this feature.


Files and Links

WeCollab has the space to include files and links in the School Profile so that information remains connected to the school. Examples of items that can be stored in the school resources section may include, but are not limited to, school improvement plans, student enrolment trend data, and/or provincial assessment information.





Building Up School Profiles

We believe that the space developed for School Resources in the School Profile provides opportunity to better know and understand schools and their context. As a repository for information, it has been developed with the intention of sharing details that will be beneficial in supporting schools as school years progress and as division staff change over time.

Manual Rollover Process

Are you a school that needs to update its staff and student rosters manually? Here is an overview of steps for consideration. Annual Roster Rollover Please note that this information is only for those schools who DO NOT synchronize WeCollab with their Student Information System. Roster updates take place automatically within 24 hours of changes in the Student Information System when synchronized with WeCollab.   Update Staff Rosters To access the staff roster information, click the Add/Edit button on the Landing Page. (If you do not have this button, you do not have the appropriate permissions to engage in the annual roster rollover). Verify the Current School Administrator Every school in WeCollab must have a current School Administrator determined that cannot be changed or deleted by any other users with Admin permissions.
