School and District Actions
Are you a school leader or district leader wanting to know who is responsible for taking action for students? Are you wanting to see which students are receiving support?
WeCollab has compiled all the actions for the school in one area, and for the district in another, so that leaders are able to be informed of what is taking place for their students and their staff.
School Actions
As a school leader, it is impossible to be in attendance at every meeting that is had about students. The School Actions bar enables leaders to see the actions that have been assigned to staff to support students. This allows for the school leader to monitor which students are receiving support and to take stock of which staff are assigned to support students (thus looking at the idea of "Are we always supporting the same students?" or "Is the same staff member always assigned tasks?").
To view this compiled list, click on the Actions button on the left hand side.
District Actions
As a district leader, it is impossible to be in attendance at every meeting that is had about students and schools.
The School Actions bar enables leaders to see the actions that have been assigned to staff to support students across all schools. This allows for the district leader to monitor which students are receiving support and to take stock of which staff are assigned to support students (thus looking at the idea of "Are we always supporting the same students?" or "Is the same staff member always assigned tasks?").
The District Actions bar enables leaders to see the actions that have been assigned to district staff at district meetings about schools and/or students, providing the same opportunity for monitoring supports and staff assigned at a district level.
To view these compiled lists, click on the Actions button on the left hand side.
Then click on the appropriate bar to expand the actions in the area for which you would like insight.
Leveraging the Actions Lists
The Actions lists beneath the bars can be searched by the name of the person responsible, the name of the student or the school for whom the action is assigned, the completion date, and the status of the action. Utilizing these search features can allow for the list to be honed in on, with the extraneous information filtered out.
It is our hope that the School Actions and District Actions feature within WeCollab provide a source of information for leaders at the click of a button that can inform conversations to support students and staff.
