WeCollab has the capacity to support the ongoing collection of information about schools in the same way that it provides the opportunity to maintain comprehensive profiles about students. School Profiles While schools build profiles for students, district leaders can create profiles for schools! The textboxes within the profiles can be customized to address the unique context of the district.  These profiles will also keep a record of the principal, the number of students, and the number of users. As well, the notes from the meetings where the school has been discussed will be compiled under the School Meetings bar. We know there are multiple facets to the information that is needed to be communicated with parents.  One such facet may be the meeting notes that are kept in WeCollab: the details such as actions and their status may be worthy to make note of with parents. The Student Meeting History Report in WeCollab may be the compilation that you wish for in order to demonstrate to parents the support that a student is receiving. Benefits of the Report The Student Meeting History Report allows you to consolidate information from the various Meeting Records in the Student Profile into a single streamlined document. The report presents the results in reverse chronological order, with the most recent meeting appearing first, working back to the least recent meeting.
