We hope you had a restful summer as you recharged for this year's back to school efforts!

It has been a productive couple of months working with the development team on version two of WeCollab. With the new features we have been striving to provide to our users, based on the feedback we have received and what we have learned about structures and processes, we are planning final quality assurance testing to take place later in 2021. This means we anticipate the software to be released to start 2022 with you!


As always, we are here to provide responsive support to whatever your WeCollab needs may be: Q&A, quick review, refresher training, etc.  We would love to connect via Google Meet or Zoom!  Feel free to send an email to support@jigsawcollaborativesolutions.ca or schedule a conversation!




Please note that we do have our online courses for School Users and School Leaders that may be beneficial for those new to WeCollab or those looking for a refresher. As well, the WeCollab User Support Site is always available from within the software to access user guides and tutorial videos that will walk you through various features of the program.

Manual Rollover Process

Are you a school that needs to update its staff and student rosters manually? Here is an overview of steps for consideration. Annual Roster Rollover Please note that this information is only for those schools who DO NOT synchronize WeCollab with their Student Information System. Roster updates take place automatically within 24 hours of changes in the Student Information System when synchronized with WeCollab.   Update Staff Rosters To access the staff roster information, click the Add/Edit button on the Landing Page. (If you do not have this button, you do not have the appropriate permissions to engage in the annual roster rollover). Verify the Current School Administrator Every school in WeCollab must have a current School Administrator determined that cannot be changed or deleted by any other users with Admin permissions.
