Managing Student Subscriptions

Are you wanting to stay in the know about your students and the supports that are in place to ensure their success?

Subscribing to students ensures one is kept in the loop even when not present at meetings where a student is discussed. Student subscriptions are included in summary emails from the WeCollab system, indicating when an alert has been places on a student profile or if a student has been included in a meeting discussion.


Subscribe to an Individual Student


Within the Student Profile, subscribing to a student is as simple as a click of a button.

Clicking the green  Subscribe button adds the student to the list of those to be included in summary emails.  A pop up will appear  in the top right corner of WeCollab confirming the subscription.




Unsubscribe from an Individual Student


Unsubscribing from a student while in the Student Profile is equally as simple.





Clicking the red  Unsubscribe button removes the student from the list of those to be included in summary emails.  A pop up will appear  in the top right corner of WeCollab confirming the removal of the subscription.



Subscribe to/Unsubscribe from Multiple Students (Manage Student Subscriptions)


From the School User menu buttons, click on Students.


Then click on the Manage Student Subscription button.


A new page will open that will allow you to manage the students you have selected to be included in your weekly (or daily) email summary from WeCollab.



Once the correct students have been identified for inclusion in your subscription, click the blue Save button.


Timely and Transparent Communication


Student subscriptions are just one of the inherent features in WeCollab that promote timely and transparent communication in support of student success. We believe this feature will enable users to stay in the know about their students with a simple email sent by the system (rather than having to track down one another or duplicate meeting notes into emails in order to relay information).
