We are grateful for the privilege to have worked alongside you, to have learned with you, and to have maintained our focus on what is important: our students.


We thank you for the invitation into your classrooms, your schools, and your districts. We are fortunate for the growth we have experienced as a result of your commitment to supporting learning and well being for both students and each other.


Enjoy a Break


As the school year comes to a close, may you take time for a well-deserved break. We hope the summer brings the opportunity to relax, reconnect with friends and family, and recharge. May you find time to reflect on the good work you have done this year, to be proud of the support you provided to your students and their families, and to prepare for what we hope is a more recognizable school start up in the fall.

Thank You Again


It is difficult to find the right words to express the admiration we have for educators this year. The resilience that has been demonstrated, the resolve that has been infallible, the resourcefulness that has been displayed: these are only a few of the incredible traits for which the profession is to be commended. We applaud your efforts in creating safe, caring, welcoming, and respectful spaces for students amidst guidelines, mandates, and requests that have never before been experienced. You are amazing, and we cannot say it enough. Thank you for all you have done, all you continue to do, and all that is to come!

Manual Rollover Process

Are you a school that needs to update its staff and student rosters manually? Here is an overview of steps for consideration. Annual Roster Rollover Please note that this information is only for those schools who DO NOT synchronize WeCollab with their Student Information System. Roster updates take place automatically within 24 hours of changes in the Student Information System when synchronized with WeCollab.   Update Staff Rosters To access the staff roster information, click the Add/Edit button on the Landing Page. (If you do not have this button, you do not have the appropriate permissions to engage in the annual roster rollover). Verify the Current School Administrator Every school in WeCollab must have a current School Administrator determined that cannot be changed or deleted by any other users with Admin permissions.
