The Student Support Network, informed by partners engaging in Collaborative Response, may help.

The Student Support Network

Our support toolboxes are limited to our own learning and experience. The Student Support Network provides access to a rich database of supports identified by other WeCollab users and vetted by Jigsaw Learning to continue to increase awareness of what is possible to ensure success for our students.


These supports have been reviewed to ensure no duplication, categorized by Keyword, Focus Area, Tier of Support, and Support Type to ensure users are able to efficiently and effectively find what they might need.


Access the Student Support Network

From the menu buttons, click on the Supports button.

 


Click on the Access Student Support Network button to open the database.





Search the Student Support Network

Use the filters across the top of the list of supports to hone in on the area of support that is needed for a student or a conversation. The Student Support Network can be filtered by:

  • Keyword

  • Focus Area

  • Support Type


To view a support, click on the blue hyperlinked name of the support.  The network list will be replaced by a view of a support with all details (as filled out by another district or school who added the support).



When a student support in the Student Support is regarded as being of value to the students in the school, it can be added to the student support list: click on the Save button and confirm that the details (Student Support Focus Area, Tier of Support) match the context of the school/district.

Manual Rollover Process

Are you a school that needs to update its staff and student rosters manually? Here is an overview of steps for consideration. Annual Roster Rollover Please note that this information is only for those schools who DO NOT synchronize WeCollab with their Student Information System. Roster updates take place automatically within 24 hours of changes in the Student Information System when synchronized with WeCollab.   Update Staff Rosters To access the staff roster information, click the Add/Edit button on the Landing Page. (If you do not have this button, you do not have the appropriate permissions to engage in the annual roster rollover). Verify the Current School Administrator Every school in WeCollab must have a current School Administrator determined that cannot be changed or deleted by any other users with Admin permissions.
