Student Reports for Transitions

Have your class lists for next year been made?  Do you want to get to know the students you will have in your class in the fall?

WeCollab can assist in this process through the Student Comprehensive Overview Report.

Benefits of the Report

The Student Comprehensive Overview Report allows you to consolidate information - including Student Data (assessments), Student Supports, and Meeting Records - from the Student Profile into a single streamlined document.

Accessing the Report

There are two ways to access the report functionality.

1. Directly from the Student Profile

Click on the Print Student Report Button and choose the Student Comprehensive Overview Report.

2. From the Landing Page

Click on the Reports Button and then, under Student Reports, choose the Student Comprehensive Overview Report.

Configuring the Report

There are two sections to complete once you have accessed the functionality of the report: the selection of students for whom you wish to generate the report and the selection of the information you wish to be included in the report for each student.

The left hand side of the screen corresponds to the various ways you can select students: by icon, by programming note, by team board, by name, or by grade.

The right hand side of the screen lays out the options to select the details you wish to include in the report, including how many school years' of information you would like it to retrieve.

Generating the Report

There are two options for the output of the report: as a .csv file (a spreadsheet which you can then sort by column, etc.) or as a PDF (where each student will have an individual report printed).  Please note that depending on the number of students and the number of years that have been selected, it may take a moment for the report to generate.

To view a sample of the PDF report (which seems to be the most popular output choice), click here.

We do hope you are able to take advantage of the Student Comprehensive Overview Report as you get to know your students for next year and begin planning for their learning!
