Are you overwhelmed going back to multiple meeting notes to find the actions you committed to taking? WeCollab can make this take more efficient for you! Compiled User Actions In WeCollab, all user actions from all meetings are compiled into the Actions area. User actions can be found beneath the corresponding bar. These actions can be searched for in multiple ways: by status, by date, by keyword or student name.  Simply click on the appropriate search feature, select or fill in the necessary information, and then click Search. Print User Actions A printable list of actions is available by clicking on Print Action Overview.  A PDF report is then created with columns for the name of the Student(s), the Student Support/Action, the Completion Date, the Comment (if applicable), and the Status.   Custom Boards in WeCollab offers an approach to see student faces as well as the information in their profiles. Custom Team Boards Please visit the User Support Site and search "Create a Custom Team Board" for details on how use this feature. Custom Team Board for Class Lists The Team Board can be developed for individual teachers to organize their small group reading activities, with up to twenty different groups able to be categorized. This provides a visual of the groups with the ability to quickly reorganize by dragging and dropping the cards into the appropriate groups. Identifying Activities or Goals for Reading Groups When creating or editing the team board, the optional category sub-title can be filled out to identify the activity or the goal for each reading group.
