Using WeCollab for Class Lists

It's that time of year again! Are you wanting a visual way to create next year's class lists? Custom Boards in WeCollab offers an approach to see student faces as well as the information in their profiles. Custom Team Boards Please visit the User Support Site and search "Create a Custom Team Board" for details on how use this feature. Custom Team Board for Class Lists The Team Board can be projected in a room where a group of teachers and administrators is together to make decisions about next year's classes. The process begins where all the students from the same grade are on a board, in the first category; the remaining categories are the possible home rooms and begin blank. Student cards can then be dragged to the appropriate homeroom on the board, providing a visual look at the class being created.  This step repeats until all the students are removed from the first category and the initially blank categories are now filled with a class.
